We are so thankful for each and every one of our Heartwork families. Raising up girls to become godly women is a privilege, a blessing, and also a very serious task! We are honored that you've chosen our group to help (in one very small way!) to bring her up in the way she should go.

You'll find the link to our online registration below. When you open the pdf, you can type your responses in (or write them in if using a tablet), save, and then email to heartworkwv@gmail.com.

You can also choose to print the form, fill out, and then scan and email us the image. However you choose to do it is fine with us!

Some classes require evaluations for level placement. If any of your chosen classes require one, we will message you to work out a video evaluation.

So that you can somewhat plan ahead, all classes are on THURSDAY EVENINGS. We also have four parade practices scheduled on TUESDAY evenings that will be required for all girls.

After registering your daughter, please be sure to sign up for a parent account to access the full Parent Info Pack and Team Announcements. For the safety of our families, we keep these accessible only to approved parents.
